Michael Rush
Michael Rush is a San Francisco Native who's been in Bay Area Radio since 1997. Other places you may have heard Michael -- KFOX in San Jose and on Channel 104.9. The Wolverine enjoys to travel, good food and perhaps is the most passionate San Francisco Giants fan on the staff. Catch Michael's news reports during The Progressive News weekday afternoons from 4 to 6 PM. 



 

Sebastian Kunz
Sebastian Kunz is an Arizona native who's been covering news on California radio since 2003. In high school, Sebastian began his career in news radio as an overnight reporter at KNST Tucson in 1993, and has since worked in newsrooms in Phoenix, Kansas, and the California foothills prior to landing in the Bay Area. He attended both Arizona State University and the University of Arizona, graduating with bachelor's degrees in psychology and philosophy, and also spent seven years performing on stage with a local cast of The Rocky Horror Picture Show. In his spare time, Sebastian is known for several passions, with interests including old-school radio, comedy writing, aviation and aerospace, and is an avid computer geek and Star Trek fan. Sebastian delivers news reports during The Progressive News weekday afternoons from 4 to 6 PM, and keeps commuters updated on the latest traffic conditions weekday afternoons during The Ed Schultz Show from Noon to 3 PM.

                      
Michael Kaplan 
Michael Kaplan was born in New York and came west with his family in 1987. Growing up in the east bay he developed his passion for Bay Area sports, specifically the San Francisco Giants. Michael began his radio career in 2003 down in Los Angeles after finishing up at UC Santa Barbara, where he studied Chemistry. In late 2005 Michael returned to the Bay Area (Finally) and joined the news team in February of 2006. Michael co-hosts the public affairs show heard weekly on Green 960 Sunday afternoons at 12:30, and keeps commuters updated on the latest traffic conditions weekday mornings during The Thom Hartmann Show from 9 to Noon.


Sharon Berman
Sharon is a native New Yorker who spent a dozen years on the radio in and around New York and New England. She's done it all, from newswriting and reporting to being a DJ and everything in-between. Sharon left the world of broadcasting to work on a failed gubernatorial campaign in 94, and headed to Wall Street to see what corporate life was like. It didn't suit her, and so she left New York for New Orleans in 01, then backpacked through Europe for many months. Sharon has lived in the Bay Area since 2002 and is thrilled to join the news staff at Clear Channel Radio. April Sommers
April is a Bay Area native. She grew up in Dublin and has worked in radio since she got out of high school. April's very first radio experience was as Greg Kihn's intern at 98.5 KFOX in San Jose. She moved on to be a traffic reporter for many Bay Area radio stations, including KCBS and KFRC. April caught the news bug and now calls the Clear Channel cluster of radio stations her home. She can also be heard on the Don Bleu in the Morning Show on Star 101.3.
